Ventilation and Coling Fan
1. Choose the fan type
Axial fan:
Advantages: large air volume (single unit ≥30,000m³/h), low energy consumption (0.75kW/unit), suitable for horizontal negative pressure ventilation.
Scenarios: longitudinal ventilation of chicken houses, tunnel cooling of pig houses.
Centrifugal fan:
Advantages: high air pressure (≥800Pa), suitable for long-distance air supply or positive pressure filtration system.
Scenarios: breeding pig houses with high biosafety levels, positive pressure fresh air filtration (to prevent the spread of African swine fever aerosols).
2. Key parameter design
Ventilation rate calculation:
In summer, the broiler house needs to be ventilated once every 1-2 minutes (for example, a 36m×12m chicken house is equipped with 12 50" fans).
In winter, the minimum ventilation volume is maintained at 0.1-0.3m³/h·kg (calculated according to the weight of the animal to prevent excessive cooling).
Intelligent control:
The temperature and humidity sensors are linked to the inverter to automatically adjust the speed (such as starting 50% power at 28℃ and full load at 30℃).
3. Special design requirements
Corrosion protection:
Aluminum-zinc steel plate shell + epoxy coating to resist ammonia and hydrogen sulfide corrosion (lifespan extended to 8-10 years).
Explosion-proof and fire-proof:
The feed workshop uses explosion-proof motors (Ex d IIB T4), and the blade material avoids sparks (such as aluminum alloy).
