Condensing technology is the key to improving the efficiency of heating systems. Compared with traditional heating methods, it can save a lot of energy and has lower emissions. Thanks to the clever coordination between various components, such as blowers, gas valves and combustion controllers, the fan is a key component for combustion efficiency, heat recovery and safe operation, which directly affects the energy efficiency, emissions and service life of the equipment.

- Supply of combustion air: The fan dynamically adjusts the air intake according to the amount of gas to ensure that the air-fuel ratio (such as natural gas requires 10:1) is accurately matched to ensure full combustion of the gas (CO emissions ≤ 50ppm).
- Data: The variable frequency fan can increase the combustion efficiency to 108% (low calorific value → high calorific value utilization).
- Flame stabilization: High-speed airflow stabilizes the flame shape to prevent flame flameout or flashback (combustion fluctuation <5%).
- Forced exhaust of exhaust gas
- Exhaust gas emission: The fan generates negative pressure to quickly discharge the high-temperature flue gas (120-200℃) after combustion to avoid CO accumulation.
- Condensation heat recovery: When the exhaust gas passes through the condensing heat exchanger, the fan accelerates the condensation of water vapor (latent heat recovery), and the thermal efficiency is increased by 10%-15%.
- Ensure system safety
- Air pressure monitoring: The wind pressure sensor monitors the airflow in real time. If the flue is blocked (pressure difference > 80Pa) or the fan fails, the gas supply is immediately cut off.
- Antifreeze protection: In low temperature environment, the fan runs intermittently to drive air flow to prevent ice from forming inside the heat exchanger.
