Oil Condensing Technology
In the oil industry, condensation technology is mainly used in oil and gas separation, distillation tower cooling and natural gas processing. - Technical points: low-temperature resistant centrifugal fan (material: 316L stainless steel) + frequency conversion control (temperature fluctuation ±1℃).
- Oil and gas field associated gas processing
- Compression and condensation: The screw compressor pressurizes the associated gas (methane content 50%-80%) to 2-5MPa, and separates the condensate oil after cooling by the air cooler (recovery rate > 90%).
- Solution: High-pressure centrifugal fan (static pressure ≥ 1500Pa) + cyclone separator, adapted to the high dust environment in the desert.
- Environmental protection and safety
- VOCs recovery: The fan transports volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the storage tank to the condensation + adsorption device, with a recovery efficiency of > 95% (in accordance with GB 31570-2015 standard).
- Explosion-proof control: ATEX-certified explosion-proof fans (Ex d IIB T4) are used in flammable and explosive areas (such as oil and gas processing plants).
