Shanghai Fengshen Refrigeration Controls Co., Ltd. (Fengshen Automation), officially established in September 2000, is a well-known company specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of automatic controllers. It obtained CE certification in 2004 and ROHS certification in 2006. In June 2016, it established a subsidiary, FS Industries Inc., in California, USA.

Fengshen Automation's products are used in a wide range of industries, including air conditioning, refrigeration, beverage and food processing, transportation, food refrigeration, fire protection, laundry, heating, pneumatics, and hydraulics. The company's diverse product line includes pressure controllers, differential pressure controllers, flow switches, temperature controllers, condensing pressure regulating valves (water valves), temperature and water flow regulating valves, solenoid valves, two-way solenoid valves, unloading solenoid valves, thermal expansion valves, two-way thermal expansion valves, combination valves, temperature-responsive expansion valves (liquid injection valves), energy regulating valves (hot gas bypass), and sight glasses.
Many of the company's products have achieved significant success, such as the SV solenoid valve, FSF flow controller, P-type pressure controller, and FSF-W duct flow controller, which have been recognized as Shanghai High-Tech Achievement Transformation Projects.
The company has also independently developed numerous products, including the FSF-S2 flow switch, FSD45C differential pressure controller, and STV three-way solenoid valve, which have been certified as meeting the requirements of the "National Key High-Tech Fields" or the current guidelines for key areas of high-tech industrialization. Currently, the company owns more than 20 patents and has obtained innovation fund projects recognized by multiple national and municipal science and technology commissions.
