Series Overview

The CK3/CK3B series AC contactors and CJR3/CJR3B series thermal overload relays are small - volume, high - reliability products designed and produced by Changshu Fuji Electric Co., Ltd., a joint venture between our company and Fuji Electric Co., Ltd. They are divided into two major series:
  • The CK3 series contactors and the corresponding CJR3 series thermal overload relays. For the contactors, at AC400V, the current ranges from 9A - 800A, with a total of 22 specifications. For the thermal overload relays, the current ranges from 0.1A - 450A, with a total of 11 specifications.
  • The CK3B series contactors and the corresponding CJR3B series thermal overload relays. For the contactors, at AC400V, the current ranges from 6A - 95A, with a total of 11 specifications. For the thermal overload relays, the current ranges from 0.1A - 96A, with a total of 5 specifications.
  • Additionally, there are 3 specifications of CK3 - 25K, 50K, 65K contactors for capacitor circuit switching derived from contactors, and 1 specification of FSG - 4 contactor - type relays.
The contactors, thermal overload relays, and contactor - type relays comply with the following standards:
  • IEC 60947 - 1 and GB/T 14048.1 - 2012 General Rules for Low - voltage Switchgear and Controlgear
  • IEC 60947 - 4 - 1 and GB/T 14048.4 - 2010 Low - voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Electromechanical Contactors and Motor Starters (Including Motor Protectors)
  • IEC 60947 - 5 - 1 and GB/T 14048.5 - 2008 Low - voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Control Circuit Devices and Switching Elements Electromechanical Control Circuit Devices

  • Installed with screws or on a 35mm guide rail, installation angle:
  • Should be installed in a place without explosion hazards, no conductive dust, and no substances sufficient to corrode metals and damage insulation;
  • Should be installed in a place without rain and snow erosion;
