Series Overview
- The TGC1 series AC contactors (hereinafter referred to as contactors) have an exquisite appearance and a small size. They are mainly used in power systems with AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), a rated operating voltage of up to 690V, and in the AC - 3 usage category, when the rated operating voltage is 380V, the rated operating current is up to 95A. They are used for remotely connecting and disconnecting circuits and can form electromagnetic starters with appropriate thermal relays to protect circuits that may be overloaded. The contactors are suitable for frequently starting and controlling AC motors.
- This product complies with GB/T 14048.4 and IEC 60947 - 4 - 1.
Normal Operation and Installation Conditions
- Ambient temperature (around the equipment): Allowable operating temperature: - 35°C ~ + 70°C, normal operating temperature: - 5°C ~ + 40°C; When the operating ambient temperature is higher than + 40°C, it must be considered that the allowable limit temperature rise of the product will decrease, and the rated operating current must be reduced (the derating coefficient is shown in the following table), and the number of contactors installed in the standard components must be reduced. Otherwise, it may be damaged, the product life will be shortened, and the working reliability will be reduced, which will also affect the action range of the product; When the operating ambient temperature is lower than - 5°C, it must be considered that the insulation and lubricating grease will freeze at the ambient temperature, resulting in product action failure. Therefore, the manufacturer needs to discuss with the user for design or use.

- Installation conditions: The inclination of the installation surface from the vertical plane is not more than ± 22.5°, and the installation category is III.
- Pollution level: 3.
- Altitude: not exceeding 2000m.
- Atmospheric conditions: When the maximum temperature is + 70°C, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example, reaching 90% at 20°C. Special measures should be taken for condensation occasionally generated due to temperature changes.
- The product should be installed and used in a place without obvious shaking, impact, and vibration.
