For AC operation of the relay, a straight - moving E - shaped iron core is used; for DC operation, a rotating U - shaped iron core is used. It has a double - break bridge - type straight - moving linkage structure, and the action is reliable.
The operating mechanism of the relay is flexible, and manual inspection is convenient. The structure is designed to be compact, which can prevent external debris and dust from falling into the moving parts of the relay. The wiring terminals are all equipped with protective covers, and human hands cannot directly touch the live parts, which can ensure safe use and meet the safe electricity use standards.
The external size of the relay is small, and the installation area is small. The installation method can be fastened with screws or clamped on a 35mm - wide standard installation guide rail, with the advantages of rapid and convenient assembly and disassembly.
The contacts have a bridge - type double - break structure. The contact materials are made of silver - nickel alloy with excellent electrical performance, which has a long service life and good contact reliability.
