Series Overview
CAP1 series automatic transfer switch electrical appliance
- The CAP1 series automatic transfer switch electrical appliance (hereinafter referred to as the device) is used for the automatic transfer of two - way power supplies. The device monitors the two - way power supplies simultaneously. When one power supply has abnormalities such as voltage loss, undervoltage, overvoltage, underfrequency, or overfrequency, it can automatically transfer the load to the other power supply to ensure the normal power supply of the load.
- The electrical classification of the device is PC class, and it is divided into two - pole, three - pole, and four - pole products according to the number of poles:
- The two - pole CAP1 device has a rated working current ranging from 32A to 100A, and is suitable for two - way AC50Hz/230V power supplies, or one AC50Hz/230V power supply and one DC220V power supply, or two - way DC220V power supplies;
- The three - pole and four - pole CAP1 devices have a rated working current ranging from 32A to 4000A, and are suitable for two - way AC50Hz/400V power supplies.
- The device complies with the standard GB/T14048.11 and IEC60947 - 6 - 1 Low - voltage switchgear and controlgear Part 6 - 1: Multifunctional electrical equipment Transfer switch electrical appliances.
- The device has obtained the national mandatory product certification "CCC" mark.
Normal Working Conditions
- The ambient air temperature ranges from - 5°C to + 40°C; and the 24 - hour average value does not exceed + 35°C;
- The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000m;
- The relative humidity of the air at the installation site does not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is + 40°C, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example, it can reach 90% at 20°C. Special measures should be taken for condensation occasionally generated due to temperature changes;
- The pollution level is 3;
- The installation category is category III;
- Applicable to electromagnetic environment A;
- Seismic intensity: 8 degrees;
- Transportation, storage, and placement conditions: The temperature range for transportation and storage is between - 25°C and + 55°C. For a short time (not exceeding 24h), it can reach + 70°C.
Structural Introduction
- The appearance of the CAP1 series automatic transfer switch device is as shown in the above figure. The structure is divided into two parts: the main body and the controller. The main body includes electromagnetic drive components and mechanical switch components. The main body has five frame sizes: 100, 225, 630, 1600, 4000. The controllers are divided into four major types: basic type (J type), electronic type (E type), intelligent type (Z type), and intelligent communication type (ZT type). Users select the switch main body with the corresponding rated working current and the controller with corresponding functions according to needs. The main body and the controller are connected by a 1.8m cable (the J - type controller uses a 0.5m cable) (if the cable length exceeds, users should note it when placing orders).
- The device is equipped with a manual operation function. In case of emergency, the controller function can be set to the "manual" state for manual operation.
