Series Overview

Series Overview

Sensors
  • The function of analog pressure sensors is to control and measure the pressure or vacuum in hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
  • Can convert pressure into an electrical signal proportional to the measured pressure.
  • Its high precision and accuracy make it suitable for pressure/vacuum display, control, and regulation required in all industrial applications.
  • Because it is very robust, the same component is also suitable for application scenarios with high operating speeds.
Pressure and Vacuum Switches
  • The function of electronic pressure/vacuum switches is to control or regulate the pressure or vacuum in hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
  • When the preset pressure or vacuum point is reached, the pressure change can be converted into a digital output signal.
  • The robustness of the switch and the good conformity with the set value within a period of time make it an ideal choice for application scenarios with high operating speeds.
  • In addition, the high repeat accuracy and short response time also make it suitable for application scenarios that require pressure adjustment and pressure determination.
General - purpose Sensors
  • General - purpose sensors are electronic pressure/vacuum switches that include analog outputs exactly the same as the sensors.
Advantages
Electronic Pressure Sensors for Loop Control
  • High precision
  • Simple operation and convenient installation
  • Globally applicable
XMLP Overview
The pressure transmitter XMLP has the “thin film” technology. The stainless - steel pressure detection core component is directly welded on the stainless - steel body of the transformer. This technology has the following advantages:
  • No gasket is required for fluid connection
  • Compatible with all types of fluids
The design uses stainless steel 304, making the product compact and robust.
These technologies make this pressure transmitter particularly suitable for the following cases:
  • Hydraulic circuits on various machines
  • Refrigeration (heating and cooling systems)
XMLG Overview
The XMLG pressure transmitter and pressure switch adopt a ceramic pressure measurement unit. Its principle is: the pressure acting on the ceramic coating of the measuring element deforms the thick - film resistor inside, and the result causes the resistance value of the voltage - sensitive resistor connected in the Wheatstone bridge to change. The change in resistance is processed by the integrated circuit to generate a digital or analog output signal.
  1. Electrical interface, such as: M12 connector
  2. Electronic circuit with EMC protection
  3. Ceramic measurement unit
  4. Sealing cover
  5. Leakage protection unit
  6. Fluid interface

XMLR Overview
Introduction
  • The electronic pressure sensor XMLR can be used for pressure control of hydraulic oil, fresh water, air, and refrigeration fluids, with a pressure range from - 1 bar to 600 bar.
  • Different models of XMLR pressure sensors have different outputs and can meet the output requirements of various needs:
    • One analog output: 4...20 mA or 0...10V
    • One analog output and one solid - state output, PNP or NPN
    • Two solid - state outputs, PNP or NPN
    • One analog output (4...20 mA) and two solid - state outputs, PNP or NPN
Features
The XMLR pressure sensor has a glass fiber - reinforced polypropylene housing and a stainless - steel 316L fluid interface, with very excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and IP65 / IP67 protection ratings. The rated power supply voltage of the product is DC 24V, and the operating voltage can be in the range of DC 17V - 33V.
XMLR is particularly suitable for the following types of equipment:
  • Presses and heat - setting machines
  • Injection molding machines
  • Pneumatic systems and assembly machinery
  • Hydraulic lifting and handling equipment
  • Refrigeration and fresh water treatment equipment
Compactness
  • For different models of XMLR pressure sensors, their height is only 88 mm to 100 mm
Simplified Installation
  • The body of the OsiSense XMLR pressure sensor can rotate 360 degrees. Customers can orient the front of the product based on the connected pipeline. In addition, the reverse display function enables the product to correctly read the pressure display value even when installed in the reverse direction (fluid connection port on top).
