DW45-1000 Series Intelligent Universal Circuit Breaker
Scope of Application
• The DW45-1000 Intelligent Universal Circuit Breaker (hereinafter referred to as the "circuit breaker") features a compact structure, small size, high reliability, and zero arcing. It is suitable for use in AC 50Hz power distribution networks with a rated working voltage of 400V and a rated current up to 1000A. The circuit breaker is designed to distribute electrical energy, protect lines, and safeguard power supply equipment from overload, undervoltage, short-circuit, single-phase ground faults, and other hazards. It incorporates multiple intelligent protection functions, enabling precise selective protection to avoid unnecessary power outages and enhance power supply reliability. Under normal conditions, it can also serve for infrequent circuit switching and provides isolation functionality.
● The technical performance of the circuit breaker complies with GB/T 14048.2 Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear – Part 2: Circuit Breakers and IEC 60947-2 Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear – Part 2: Circuit Breakers.

Normal Operating and Installation Conditions
· Upper limit: ≤ +40°C; Lower limit: ≥ -5°C; Average temperature over 24h: ≤ +35°C.
Note: For circuit breakers used in environments with ambient temperatures exceeding +40°C or below -5°C, design and usage shall follow relevant product standards or agreements between the manufacturer and user.
· Installation altitude ≤ 2000m.
· Relative humidity ≤ 50% at +40°C; higher humidity is permissible at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at 20°C). Special measures must be taken to address occasional condensation due to temperature fluctuations.
· Level 3.
Utilization Category
· Class B.
Installation Category
· The circuit breaker complies with Installation Category IV. For auxiliary circuits, except for the undervoltage release coil and the primary side of the electronic controller’s power module (which match the circuit breaker’s category), all other components comply with Installation Category III.
Wiring Configuration
· Both top and bottom entry/exit are acceptable.
