Product Overview
• The HYW3-1000 Intelligent Universal Circuit Breaker (hereinafter referred to as the "circuit breaker") features a compact structure, small size, high reliability, and zero arcing. It is suitable for use in AC 50Hz power distribution networks with a rated working voltage of 400V and a rated current up to 1000A. The circuit breaker distributes electrical energy and protects lines and power equipment from damage caused by overloads, undervoltage, short circuits, single-phase grounding faults, and other issues. Equipped with multiple intelligent protection functions, it ensures precise selective protection to avoid unnecessary power outages and enhance power supply reliability. Under normal conditions, it can also serve for infrequent line switching and includes isolation functionality.
• The circuit breaker complies with the technical standards of GB/T 14048.2 Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear – Part 2: Circuit breakers and IEC 60947-2 Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear – Part 2: Circuit breakers.
Normal Operating Conditions
• 1. Ambient temperature: Suitable for environments ranging from -5°C to +40°C. It can also operate in environments from -40°C to +70°C (Mic1.0 standard version).
• 2. Altitude: Installation site altitude must not exceed 2000 meters.
• 3. Atmospheric conditions: Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C. Higher humidity is permissible at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at 20°C). Special measures must be taken to address occasional condensation due to temperature fluctuations.
• 4. Pollution degree: Level 3.
• 5. Installation category: The main circuit, undervoltage release coil, and primary coil of the power transformer are rated for Category IV. Other auxiliary and control circuits are rated for Category III.
• 6. Utilization category: Class B.
