Series Overview
Series Overview
- The HH15 series isolating switch - disconnector groups, QA and QP series isolating switches (hereinafter referred to as switches for short). The switches are mainly used in power distribution circuits and motor circuits with high short - circuit currents, serving as main switches or emergency switches for manual and infrequent operations. They are especially suitable for installation in relatively advanced drawer - type low - voltage complete sets of devices.
- This product complies with the GB14048.3 standard.
Normal Working Conditions and Installation Conditions
- The upper limit of the ambient air temperature does not exceed + 40°C, and the lower limit is not lower than - 5°C.
- The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000m.
- Humidity: When the maximum temperature is 40°C, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example, reaching 90% at 20°C. Special measures should be taken for condensation occasionally generated due to temperature changes.
- The pollution level of the surrounding environment is level 3.
- The switch should be installed vertically in a place without significant shaking, impact vibration, and without heavy snow and ice. At the same time, the installation site should be free of explosive and hazardous media, and there should be no gases and dust in the medium that can corrode metals and damage insulation.
Structural Features
- The switch adopts a fully enclosed structure to ensure improved working reliability and stable performance; it has a unique rolling - insertion - type contact system.
- Each phase has two groups of double - breakpoint contact systems. The two groups of contact systems can be connected in series or in parallel, which can meet the requirements of circuits with different current sizes and different working categories. The contact system uses the current to flow through several rolling columns respectively, and as a result, the electric force received by each rolling column is greatly reduced.
- During the movement process, the separation and contact between the rolling column and the static contact have both rolling friction and sliding friction, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of contact welding.
- The operating mechanism has an energy - storage spring, so the movement speed of the moving contact group has nothing to do with the magnitude and speed of the operating force. The operating device is composed of the handle on the panel, the driving coupling shaft engaged with the handle, the extension shaft, the connecting link, and the driving component.
- The extension shaft and the coupling shaft are only used when the moving stroke is not long enough. The installation depth of the switch in the complete set of device cabinets can be considered according to the needs of the electrical components or the combined installation of the complete set, and there is a relatively large range of movement.
