The EKI-2525I/2528I devices feature the standard performance of the EKI series. They offer a 12 - 48VDC redundant power input design and power reverse polarity protection, as well as an overcurrent resettable fuse for dual safety protection mechanisms. The former ensures that when the power line is correctly connected but the positive and negative terminals are reversed, the device will not be damaged and will still work normally. The latter ensures that when the power connection returns to normal, the system is protected from overcurrent damage and returns to normal working status.
Each port of the EKI-2525I/2528I has indicators for connection status, transmission speed, and collision status. In case of a power failure, the device will use a relay output, the LED indicators will light up, and an alarm will be sent to notify the administrator. Engineers can conveniently perform quick hardware checks and fault diagnosis through the indicators.
The EKI-2525I/2528I have a compact IP30 - rated metal housing, which can ensure normal operation in harsh industrial environments.
