Description
- The 3TH series intermediate relays are suitable for control circuits with AC 50Hz or 60Hz, voltage up to 660V, and DC voltage up to 600V. They are used to control various solenoid coils and act as the amplification and transmission of electrical signals, complying with standards such as IEC947, VDE0660, and GB14048.
Working Conditions
- Altitude: Not exceeding 2000 meters;
- Ambient temperature: - 25 ~ + 55°C;
- Relative air humidity: Not exceeding 90% at + 25°C;
- Atmospheric conditions: No medium that may cause explosion hazards, and no gases and conductive dust that corrode metals and damage insulation;
- In places without significant shaking and impact vibration;
- In places not invaded by rain and snow.
Structural Features
- The relay adopts an E - shaped iron core and a straight - moving motion structure of a double - break bridge - type contact system, with reliable action;
- 3TH40, 80 have four pairs of contacts for combination;
- 3TH42, 82 have eight pairs of contacts for combination;
- 3TH30 can be equipped with an auxiliary contact base (3TX4) and can be freely combined;
- The relay's action mechanism is flexible, manual inspection is convenient, and the structure is designed to be compact, which can prevent external debris and dust from falling into the moving parts of the relay. The wiring terminals are all covered, and hands cannot directly touch the live parts, with high safety protection;
- The external dimensions of the relay are compact, and the installation area is small. The installation method can be fastened with screws or clamped on a 35mm - wide standard guide rail, with the advantage of rapid and convenient assembly and disassembly;
- The contacts have a bridge - type double - break structure, and the contact material is made of silver alloy with excellent electrical performance, which has a long service life and good contact reliability. The arc - extinguishing chambers are all closed, and arc - resistant materials block the arc from splashing outward, ensuring the safety of personnel and adjacent electrical appliances;
- The relay's electromagnet operates reliably, with low loss, low noise, and very high mechanical strength. The terminal of the coil is equipped with a voltage specification nameplate, and the nameplate has specific colors according to voltage levels, which are clear and eye - catching, and the wiring is convenient, which can avoid the coil being burned due to wrong connection of the voltage specification.
