Product Overview

The SG (SG10) and SBK series three - phase dry - type transformers (hereinafter referred to as transformers) are suitable for circuits with an AC frequency of 50/60Hz and a rated voltage not higher than 1200V. They are used as energy storage, control, lighting, and indicator power supplies for mechanical equipment, various machine tool electrical appliances, photovoltaic and wind power integrated systems (SG10), etc. They can also be used as small - scale power supplies and rectifier power supplies. Among them, SBK is of the open type, and SG is of the protective type.
Complies with the standard: JB/T8750.

Normal Operating Conditions and Installation Conditions

The altitude does not exceed 3500m.
The maximum ambient temperature is +45°C, and the minimum is -35°C.
The relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40°C. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, with a maximum relative humidity of 90% (at a temperature of +25°C).
The ambient air should be free of dirt and explosive media that seriously affect the insulation of the transformer, and free of corrosive harmful gases or dust; during use, the transformer must not be eroded by natural elements.
The installation site has no severe vibration or jolting.
The power supply voltage waveform is a sine wave, and the three - phase power supply is approximately symmetrical.

Structural Features

The SG series three - phase dry - type transformers can be manufactured as the open type (SBK) and the protective type, with advantages such as low loss, low noise, good fire - resistance performance, and no environmental pollution. Among them, the protective type uses cold - rolled steel plates to form a tank shell, with the transformer installed inside. There are wire inlet and outlet holes on the shell for easy installation of power lines. In addition, the protective type can be equipped with voltage and current monitoring meters, axial - flow cooling fans, and direction - changing wheels according to user requirements for easy movement.
