Series Overview

The SG (SG10), SBK series three - phase dry - type transformers (hereinafter referred to as transformers) are suitable for circuits with an AC frequency of 50/60Hz and a rated voltage not higher than 1200V. They serve as energy storage, control, lighting, and indicator power supplies for mechanical equipment, various machine tool electrical appliances, photovoltaic and wind power integrated systems (SG10), etc. They can also be used as small - scale power supplies and rectifier power supplies.

Altitude does not exceed 3500m
Maximum ambient temperature: +45°C; Minimum ambient temperature: -35°C
Relative humidity of the atmosphere: Not exceeding 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40°C. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, with a maximum relative humidity of 90% (at a temperature of +25°C)
Ambient air should be free of dirt and explosive media that seriously affect the insulation of the transformer, and free of corrosive harmful gases or dust; During use, the transformer must not be eroded by natural elements
Installation site should have no severe vibration or jolting
Power supply voltage waveform is a sine wave, and the three - phase power supply is approximately symmetrical

Structural Features

The SG series three - phase dry - type transformers can be manufactured as open - type (SBK) and protective - type. They feature low loss, low noise, good fire - resistance performance, and no environmental pollution. Among them, the protective - type uses cold - rolled steel plates to form the tank shell, with the transformer installed inside. The shell has wire inlet and outlet holes for easy installation of power lines. In addition, the protective - type can be equipped with voltage and current monitoring meters, axial - flow cooling fans, and direction - changing wheels as per user requirements for easy movement.
