Series Overview

Phase Barrier

  • Phase barriers enhance the insulation performance between phase conductors. They can be installed from the front slot even after the switchgear is assembled.
  • Phase barriers are supplied as standard. One circuit breaker includes 4 pieces (for 3P) or 6 pieces (for 4P).

Extension Terminals

  • Extension terminals connect to the standard terminals of the circuit breaker, providing various wiring schemes within a compact space:
    • Straight extension terminal
    • Pole distance extension terminal
  • Busbars and extension terminals can be connected to the line or load terminals of the circuit breaker.

Handle Operating Mechanism

  • Operates the circuit breaker via a rotating handle. The ergonomically designed rotating handle ensures flexible circuit breaker operation. Two types are available:
    • Direct rotary handle (Round type, Square type)
    • Extended rotary handle (Round extended type, Square extended type)
  • User visual information/settings:
    • 3 position indicators: OFF, ON, TRIP
    • The circuit breaker cannot be closed when the door is open.
    • The door cannot be opened when the circuit breaker is closed (ON).
  • The shaft length of the extended handle can be customized based on the distance from the back of the circuit breaker to the door.

Auxiliary Contact, Alarm Contact

  • Auxiliary Contact: An accessory connected in the auxiliary circuit of the switching device to indicate whether the circuit breaker is energized (ON) or de-energized (OFF or Trip).
  • Alarm Contact: An accessory used to indicate whether the circuit breaker is in a non-tripped state (ON or OFF) or a tripped state (Trip). When the alarm contact indicates a Trip state, one of the following five conditions is possible:
    • Overload or short-circuit fault
    • Residual current fault
    • Manual trip via test button
    • Shunt release activation
    • Line fault, Undervoltage release activation

Shunt Release

  • The shunt release must reliably trip the circuit breaker within 70%-110% of its rated control supply voltage (Ue).
  • After tripping via the shunt release, the circuit breaker requires local resetting.

Undervoltage Release

  • The undervoltage release must reliably trip the circuit breaker when the voltage is between 35%-70% of the rated operational voltage.
  • The undervoltage release must allow the circuit breaker to close when the voltage is between 85%-110% of the rated operational voltage.
  • The undervoltage release must prevent the circuit breaker from closing when the voltage is below 35% of the rated operational voltage.

Earth Leakage Alarm Module (Accessory for Earth Leakage MCCB)

  • Earth leakage non-tripping function: Used when earth leakage reaches the alarm threshold but system power interruption is undesirable. In this case, only an alarm is triggered without tripping.
  • The earth leakage alarm module provides an alarm indication via an LED. When the LED emits red light, it indicates that system earth leakage exceeds the set value. Simultaneously, the normally open (NO) contact changes to normally closed (NC), and the normally closed (NC) contact changes to normally open (NO).

Motor Operator (Electric Operating Mechanism)

  • Suitable for remote electrical closing, opening, and resetting of circuit breakers, as well as for automation control applications.
  • Motor operator rated voltage: AC400V; AC230V/DC220V; AC/DC110V; DC24V.
  • Motor operator operating voltage range: 85%-110% Ue.
  • CD2 Motor Operator Voltage & Tolerance Range:
    • CD2: 63A-250A: Operating frequency ≤ 180 times per hour; Operating time ≤ 0.7S.
    • CD2: 400A-630A: Operating frequency ≤ 60 times per hour; Operating time ≤ 1S.
    • Rated control supply voltage: 230VAC/220VDC: Voltage tolerance range 184~253VAC / 187~242VDC.
    • Rated control supply voltage: 24VDC: Voltage tolerance range 20.4~26.4VDC (Corrected based on context and standard tolerances).
  • The motor operator functions normally for circuit breakers with relatively lower operating force requirements.
