Electrical Accessories
Auxiliary Contacts / Alarm Contacts
- Auxiliary Contacts: Connected in the auxiliary circuit of a switching device. Accessories used to indicate whether the circuit breaker is energized (ON) or de-energized (OFF or Trip).
- Alarm Contacts: Accessories used to indicate whether the circuit breaker is in a non-tripped state (ON or OFF) or a tripped state (Trip). When the alarm contact indicates the circuit breaker is in the Trip state, there are five possible causes:
- Overload or short-circuit fault.
- Residual current fault.
- Manual tripping via the test button.
- Operation of the shunt release.
- Line fault causing operation of the undervoltage release.
- The shunt release shall reliably trip the circuit breaker when the control supply voltage is between 70% and 110% of its rated voltage (U).
- After tripping via the shunt release, the circuit breaker requires local resetting.
- The undervoltage release shall reliably trip the circuit breaker when the operating voltage is between 35% and 70% of its rated value.
- The undervoltage release shall ensure the circuit breaker can close when the operating voltage is between 85% and 110% of its rated value.
- The undervoltage release shall prevent the circuit breaker from closing when the operating voltage is below 35% of its rated value.
- Earth Leakage Alarm Module (Accessory for Earth Leakage MCCB):
- Earth Leakage Non-Trip Function: Used when leakage reaches the alarm threshold but system power interruption is undesirable; only an alarm is triggered without tripping.
- The earth leakage alarm module uses an LED light to indicate an alarm. When the LED emits red light, it signifies system leakage exceeds the set value. At this point, the normally open (NO) contact changes to closed, and the normally closed (NC) contact changes to open.

Extension Terminals
- Extension terminals connect to the standard terminals of the circuit breaker, providing multiple wiring solutions within a compact space. They can be connected to either the line (incoming) or load (outgoing) side of the circuit breaker.

Other Accessories
Phase Barriers
- Phase barriers enhance the insulation performance between phase conductors. They can be installed from the front slot even after the switch is mounted.
- Phase barriers are supplied as standard.
-
Motorized Operating Mechanisms
- Suitable for remote electrical closing, opening, and resetting of circuit breakers, as well as automation control applications.
- For 63-250A rated motor operators: Operating frequency ≤ 120 times per hour; operating time < 1s.
- For 400-800A rated motor operators: Operating frequency ≤ 120 times per hour; operating time < 1.5s.
- Rated Control Supply Voltage Ranges:
- AC 230V / DC 220V: Allowable range AC 195.5~253V / DC 187~242V.
- AC/DC 110V: Allowable range AC 93.5~121V / DC 93.5~121V.
- AC 400V: Allowable range 340~440V.
- DC 24V: Allowable range 21.6~26.2V.
- Operates the circuit breaker via handle rotation. Ergonomically designed rotary handles make circuit breaker operation more flexible.
- Two forms of rotary handle operating mechanisms:
- Circular Handles (Direct Circular Handle, Extended Circular Handle).
- Square Handles (Direct Square Handle, Extended Square Handle).
- User Visual Information/Setup:
- Three position indicators: Open (OFF), Closed (ON), Tripped (TRIP).
- The door cannot be opened when the circuit breaker is closed; the circuit breaker cannot be closed when the door is open. The shaft length of the extended handle can be customized based on the distance from the back of the circuit breaker to the door.
