● The CDM3LS series Residual Current Operated Circuit Breaker (RCCB) (hereinafter referred to as: CDM3LS) primarily provides indirect contact protection against fatal electric shock hazards and protection against electrical fires caused by earth fault currents, such as insulation damage. It also provides protection for circuits and equipment against overload, short circuit, and undervoltage (accessory function) in distribution circuits. It is widely suitable for low-voltage applications in power, construction, industry, E&M, and other fields.

● Frame Ratings: 125AF, 160AF, 250AF, 400AF, 630AF, 800AF ● Rated Operational Voltage (Ue): 400/415V

● Breaking Capacity: Covers common breaking capacities in the distribution field: 25kA, 35kA, 50kA, 75kA (Specific breaking capacities for each frame rating are detailed in the parameter table).

● Normal operating humidity: At an ambient air temperature of +40°C, the relative humidity must not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is permissible; for example, up to 90% at 20°C.

● Special measures should be taken against occasional condensation due to temperature changes.

Reliable Contact Indication with Isolation Function

● Conforms to isolation definitions in IEC standard 60947-2 and GB/T 14048.2.

● The isolation position corresponds to the "0" (OFF) position.

● The operating handle can only indicate the "OFF" position when the contacts are genuinely open.

● The reliability of the contact indication system is not affected by the use of a rotary handle or motor operator.

Altitude

● Normal operating altitude: ≤ 2000m.

● If installation is required at altitudes exceeding 2000m, changes in dielectric strength and the decrease in air cooling capacity must be considered; refer to the altitude derating coefficient table for use.
