Product Introduction
The DZ20L series
Residual Current Operated Circuit Breaker (RCBO) (hereinafter referred to as the RCBO) is primarily suitable for use in AC 50Hz power distribution networks with a rated voltage of 380/400V and a rated current up to 630A, providing earth leakage protection. It can also be used to prevent fire hazards caused by grounding fault currents resulting from equipment insulation damage. Additionally, it can distribute electrical energy and protect lines and power supply equipment against overload and short circuits, and can also be used for the infrequent switching of circuits. Newly added phase-loss protection function (optional): When any phase of the three-phase power supply experiences an abnormal break, the product can quickly cut off the circuit within the set time to protect electrical equipment. The transparent-shell RCBO derived from this series features a cover made of imported new, high-temperature resistant, high-strength material, with clearly visible breaking points.
Compliance Standards
Products comply with the following standards:
• GB/T 14048.1 General Rules
• IEC 60947-1 General Rules
• GB/T 14048.2 Circuit-breakers
• IEC 60947-2 Circuit-breakers
Ambient Temperature
• Normal operating conditions: -5°C to +40°C. For applications between -40°C to -5°C and +40°C to +70°C:
• If the operating ambient temperature exceeds +40°C, refer to the temperature derating coefficient table for use.
• Storage temperature: -40°C to +70°C.
(If the storage temperature is lower than the normal operating conditions, keep the product static at the operating condition temperature for at least 24 hours before putting it into use.)
Altitude
• Normal operating altitude: ≤ 2000m.
• If installation is required at altitudes exceeding 2000m, factors such as changes in dielectric strength and the decrease in air cooling capacity must be considered.
Humidity
• Normal operating humidity: At an ambient air temperature of +40°C, the relative humidity of the atmosphere must not exceed 50%; at lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is permissible.
• Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation caused by temperature changes.
Reliable Contact Indication with Isolation Function
• Complies with isolation as defined in IEC standard GB/T 14048.2.
• The isolation position corresponds to the "0" (OFF) position.
• The operating handle can only indicate the "0" (OFF) position when the contacts are genuinely open.
• The reliability of the contact indication system cannot be altered by the rotary handle or electrical operating mechanism.
