Series Overview

Overview

The CH3 series Modular Terminal Devices are a completely new series of products launched by Changshu Switchgear Mfg. Co., Ltd. following the release of their self-developed CM3/CM5 Molded Case Circuit Breakers and CW3 Air Circuit Breakers. They represent the upgraded generation of the original CH1/CH2 terminal devices.

Normal Service and Mounting Conditions

· Ambient air temperature: -5℃ to +40℃.

· Altitude at the installation site: Not exceeding 2000m.

· Relative air humidity at the installation site: Not exceeding 50% at a maximum temperature of +40℃; higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures, e.g., up to 90% at 20℃. Special measures shall be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature changes.

· Pollution Degree: 2.

· Safety Classes: II and III.

· Service Conditions*: Ambient air temperature can be as low as -25℃ and as high as +70℃ (Refer to the Ambient Temperature vs. Current Derating Table for details).
