Scope of Application
● The HM18-125 series miniature circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is primarily designed for overcurrent protection of electrical installations and equipment in AC power circuits rated at 50Hz, with a rated voltage of 230V/400V and a rated operational current up to 125A. It can also be used for infrequent switching operations.

Normal Operating Conditions
● The upper limit of the surrounding air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, and the lower limit shall not be lower than -5°C. The average value over 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C.
● The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
● The relative humidity of the atmosphere at the installation site shall not exceed 50% at the maximum ambient temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures. The average maximum relative humidity of the most humid month shall not exceed 90%, while the average temperature of that month shall not exceed +25°C. Consideration must be given to condensation occurring on the product surface due to temperature changes.

● The circuit breaker is mounted using the TH35-7.5 standard mounting rail. It should generally be installed vertically, with the handle in the upward position indicating the "ON" (current flow) state.

free from significant impact and vibration.
Structural Characteristics
● The product utilizes high-precision bimetal material as the inverse-time thermal protection element, ensuring precise protective characteristics. The operating mechanism features reliable re-latching.
● The contact system employs a series-connected double-breakpoint structure and a dual arc extinguishing system. This design results in low breakpoint voltage and excellent current-limiting characteristics even under high breaking capacity conditions.
● The product ingeniously incorporates an operating handle closing threshold. Only when the operating force reaches a specific value can the contacts close rapidly. This mechanism fixes the contact closing speed within a certain high range, effectively eliminating the influence of human factors on the closing speed. This reduces electrical wear on the contacts during closing, thereby enhancing the circuit breaker's service life and reliability.
● It features a clear visual indication of the contact position status.
● The terminal blocks adopt a lift-type frame structure, accommodating conductors ranging from 2.5mm² to 50mm².
