Scope of Application:
· The HM18-63N series miniature circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are primarily suitable for providing overcurrent protection in electrical circuits and equipment of buildings and similar installations with an AC frequency of 50Hz, a rated voltage up to 400V, and a rated operating current not exceeding 63A. They can also be used for infrequent switching operations.
· The product complies with standards: GB/T 10963.1, IEC 60898-1.
Normal Operating Conditions:
· The upper limit of the ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, the lower limit shall not be lower than -5°C, and the average value over 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C.
· The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
· The relative humidity of the atmosphere at the installation site shall not exceed 50% at the maximum ambient temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures. The monthly average of the maximum relative humidity of the wettest month shall not exceed 90%, and the monthly average temperature of that month shall not exceed +25°C, taking into account condensation occurring on the product surface due to temperature changes.
· Pollution degree: 2.
· Installation category: II, III.
· The circuit breaker is designed for mounting on a standard TH35-7.5 rail. The circuit breaker should generally be mounted vertically with the handle in the upward position for the "ON" state.
· The installation site shall be free from significant shock and vibration.
Product Features:
· The circuit breaker features excellent current-limiting characteristics, extremely short arcing time, high breaking capacity, precise protective characteristics, long service life, and reliable performance.
· It has a clear visual indication of the contact position status.
· The terminal clamp adopts a frame structure, ensuring secure and reliable wiring.
· A complete range of accessories is available, including auxiliary contacts, alarm contacts, shunt trip releases, undervoltage releases, overvoltage releases, and over/undervoltage releases, providing great convenience for intelligent applications.
