Scope of Application
• The HLM17-32/1N series miniature circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is primarily designed for overcurrent protection of power line facilities and electrical equipment in buildings and similar installations with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 230V, and rated operating currents up to 32A. It can also be used for infrequent switching operations. Featuring reliable performance, precise protective characteristics, and a compact size, this product is suitable for industrial and commercial lighting distribution circuits.
•
Complies with Standards: GB/T10963.1, IEC60898-1.
Structural Characteristics
• The product width does not exceed 18mm, offering a compact size and excellent current-limiting effect. It features 1P+N dual breakpoints, with the two poles isolated by an insulator. While ensuring synchronous closing and opening, the N pole always connects first and disconnects last. This ensures the arc-breaking capability of the protected pole while effectively safeguarding the controlled circuits and electrical equipment.
• The circuit breaker utilizes lifting terminals for convenient wiring, ensuring reliable connections for conductors from 1mm² to 10mm². Mounting is facilitated via the 35mm standard rail.
Normal Operating Conditions
• The upper limit of the surrounding air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, and the lower limit shall not be lower than -5°C. The average temperature over 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C.
• The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
• The relative humidity at the installation site shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures (e.g., up to 90% at 20°C). Special measures must be taken against occasional condensation occurring on the product due to temperature fluctuations.
• Pollution Degree: 2.
• Installation Category: III.
• Mounting on TH35-7.5 standard rail (35mm).
• The circuit breaker should generally be installed vertically, with the handle in the upward position indicating the "ON" (current flow) state.
• The installation location must be free from significant impact and vibration.
