Series Overview

The HMI7-125 series Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs, hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) are primarily designed for AC power systems with a frequency of 50Hz. They are suitable for overcurrent protection of electrical installations and equipment in circuits rated up to 400V and rated operational currents up to 125A. They can also be used for infrequent switching operations. Special versions are available with an integrated signal control trip function, enabling remote control tripping or automatic signal-controlled tripping of the circuit. Currently, the signal control trip function is widely used in conjunction with IC card prepaid energy meters to control circuit switching. This series of circuit breakers complies with the requirements of standards such as QB/T 14048.2.

Structural Features

• The circuit breaker utilizes high-precision bimetal material as the inverse-time thermal protection element, ensuring accurate protection characteristics. The operating mechanism features reliable re-latching.

• The moving contact employs a vertical beam structure, enhancing rigidity and guaranteeing sufficient contact closing force under thermal conditions for reliable contact.
