Scope of Application
• The DZ47N-125 series Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB, hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is primarily designed for overcurrent protection of electrical installations and equipment in AC power circuits rated at 50Hz, with a rated voltage up to 400V and a rated operational current up to 125A. It can also be used for infrequent switching operations. Upon special request, a signal control trip function can be added, enabling remote control tripping or automatic signal-controlled tripping of the circuit. Currently, the signal control trip function is widely used in conjunction with IC card prepaid energy meters to control circuit switching.
• This series of circuit breakers complies with the requirements of standards such as
GB/T 14048.2 (Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear).
Normal Operating Conditions
• The upper limit of the surrounding air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, and the lower limit shall not be lower than -5°C. The average value over 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C.
• The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
• The relative humidity of the atmosphere at the installation site shall not exceed 50% at the maximum ambient temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures (e.g., up to 90% at 20°C). Special measures must be taken against condensation occurring on the product due to occasional temperature fluctuations.

• The circuit breaker is mounted using the 35mm standard mounting rail.
• The circuit breaker should generally be installed vertically, with the handle in the upward position indicating the "ON" (current flow) state.
• The installation location must be free from significant impact and vibration.
