KFB3-125 Series Overview Applicable Scope

· KFB3-125 series miniature circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is mainly suitable for over-current protection of electrical installations and equipment in power circuits with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 230V/400V, rated operational current up to 125A, and can also be used for infrequent switch operations.

· This product has reliable performance, precise protection characteristics, high breaking capacity, compact size, elegant appearance, and is an ideal upgraded product.

· Complies with standards: GB 10963.1, IEC60898-1.

Normal Working Conditions

· Ambient air temperature upper limit not exceeding +40℃, lower limit not lower than -5℃, 24h average temperature not exceeding +35℃.

· Installation site altitude not exceeding 2000m.

· Relative humidity at installation site, at maximum ambient temperature +40℃ not exceeding 50%; at lower temperatures higher relative humidity is allowed, e.g., 90% at 20℃. Special measures should be taken against occasional condensation caused by temperature changes.

· Pollution degree: Level 2.

· Overvoltage category: Class II, Class III.

· Circuit breaker adopts TH35-7.5 standard rail mounting.

· Circuit breaker should generally be installed vertically, with handle upward as the ON position.

· Installation site must be free from significant shock and vibration.

Structural Features

· Product adopts high-precision bimetal material as inverse-time thermal protection element. Protection characteristics precise, operation mechanism re-trip reliable. Contact system adopts double-break series structure, dual arc-extinguishing system. Breakpoint voltage low, under high-breaking-capacity conditions, current-limiting characteristics good. This product cleverly sets the operation handle closing threshold: only when operating force reaches a certain value can contacts close rapidly, fixing contact closure at a certain high speed, relatively eliminating human factor influence on contact closing speed, reducing electrical wear of contacts during engagement, improving circuit breaker lifespan and reliability.

· This product has obvious contact position state indication. Terminal adopts lift-type frame structure, wiring capacity 2.5mm²~50mm². Product can be equipped with accessories such as shunt trip units, auxiliary contacts, etc.
