· KFB3-63S high - breaking small circuit breakers feature advanced and reasonable structure, reliable performance, high breaking capacity, and an attractive and compact appearance. Components such as the casing are made of impact - resistant and highly flame - retardant materials. Suitable for AC 50Hz or 60Hz; rated operating voltage below 400V, and rated current from 1A to 63A. Mainly used for overload and short - circuit protection of lighting, power distribution lines and equipment in office buildings, residences and similar buildings. It can also be used for infrequent breaking and switching of lines under normal conditions.

· This product complies with the standards: IEC 60898T, GB 10963.

· Structural Features

· KFB3-63S high - breaking small circuit breakers consist of a plastic casing, operating mechanism, contact arc - extinguishing system, tripping mechanism, etc. The casing is made of special plastic with high flame retardancy and high strength, featuring strong impact resistance and light weight. The parts of the circuit breaker's operating mechanism are made of high - strength plastic products, ensuring sensitivity and reliability while achieving the lowest moment of inertia, so that the tripping mechanism acts very quickly from the start of a short - circuit fault. The tripping mechanism consists of two parts: a bimetallic strip overload inverse - time tripping mechanism and a short - circuit instantaneous electromagnetic mechanism. The contact arc - extinguishing system adopts special arc - guiding angles and arc - extinguishing chambers, with significant current - limiting characteristics.
