NFB3-80 Series Overview Applicable Scope

· NFB3-80 series miniature circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is mainly suitable for current protection of electrical installations and equipment in power circuits of buildings and similar places with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 230V/400V, rated operational current not exceeding 80A, and can also be used for frequent switch operations.

· Complies with standards: GB10963.1, IEC 60898-1.

Normal Working Conditions

· Ambient air temperature upper limit not exceeding +40℃, lower limit not lower than -5℃, 24h average value not exceeding +35℃.

· Installation site altitude not exceeding 2000m.

· Relative humidity at installation site, at maximum ambient temperature +40℃ not exceeding 50%; at lower temperatures higher relative humidity is allowed, wettest month average maximum relative humidity not exceeding 90%, while that month's average temperature not exceeding +25℃, considering condensation occurring on product surface due to temperature changes.

· Pollution degree: Level 2.

· Installation category: II,III.

· Circuit breaker adopts TH35-7.5 standard rail mounting, circuit breaker should generally be installed vertically, with handle upward as the ON position.

· Installation site must be free from significant shock and vibration.

· Adopts high-precision bimetal material as inverse-time thermal protection element. Protection characteristics precise.

· Circuit breaker has good current-limiting characteristics, extremely short arcing time, long lifespan, reliable performance.

· Has obvious contact position state indication.

· Terminal adopts frame structure, whether soft or hard conductors can be firmly connected. Connection conductors 1mm2~25mm2.
