Scope and Applications
• HSB2NL series Residual Current operated Circuit-Breakers utilize an innovative technology platform, designed through deep customer insight to deliver a new generation product with reduced width, simplified wiring, and comprehensive protection. These RCBOs are suitable for AC 50Hz circuits up to 400V and 63A, providing protection against electric shock, equipment leakage, overload, and short-circuits. They also enable infrequent switching of electrical devices and lighting circuits, particularly in industrial and commercial lighting distribution systems.
Product Features
• Compact space-saving design: 30%-50% width reduction with integrated structure.
• Full modular width standardization.
• 25mm² terminal capacity across all series for easier large-wire connections.
• 1P+N/2P models support bottom entry wiring for flexible installation.
• Full series offers Type A residual current protection (enhanced safety vs Type AC).
• 1P+N/2P models feature residual current ON/OFF detection function.
Operating Conditions
• Altitude: ≤2,000m (derating required for higher altitudes - refer to "MCCB Altitude Derating Table").
• Ambient temperature: -35℃ to +70℃; 24-hour average ≤ +35℃. Derating required above +40℃ (refer to "Circuit-Breaker Derating Table").
• Humidity: ≤50% at +40℃; higher humidity permitted at lower temperatures (e.g., ≤90% at 20℃). Special measures required for condensation.
• Resistant to moisture, salt spray, oil mist, and mold.
• Installation category:
• Main circuit: III (distribution and control level)
• Non-main circuit: II (load level)
• Pollution degree: Level 3
• Must be installed in non-explosive environments without corrosive gases/conductive dust. Avoid rain/snow exposure.
• For conditions exceeding these limits, consult manufacturer.
