Scope of Application
• DZ47NLE-125 Residual Current operated Circuit-Breakers (hereinafter referred to as RCBOs) are suitable for AC 50Hz circuits with rated voltages up to 400V and rated currents up to 125A. They rapidly cut off power during electric shocks or grid leakage exceeding thresholds, protecting personnel and equipment. Additionally, they safeguard circuits/motors against overloads/short-circuits and allow infrequent circuit switching or motor starts.
• Complies with
GB/T 14048.2
"Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear – Part 2: Circuit-breakers".
Operating Conditions
• Ambient temperature: -35℃ to +70℃; 24-hour average ≤ +35℃.
• Reference temperature: +30℃. Current ratings require adjustment per Table 4 derating coefficients.
• Altitude: ≤2,000m
• Relative humidity:
• ≤50% at +40℃; higher humidity permitted at lower temperatures.
• Maximum monthly average relative humidity ≤90% (monthly average temperature ≤ +25℃) with anti-condensation measures.
• Pollution degree: Level 2
• Installation category: Classes II and III
• Mounting: TH35-7.5 standard rails
• External magnetic fields: ≤5 times Earth's magnetic field
• Orientation: Vertical installation with ≤5° tilt tolerance (handle upward for ON position)
• Environment: No significant shock/vibration
• Neutral terminal wiring: For models with N-pole, neutral wire must connect to the terminal marked "N".
• Conductor sizing: Refer to sample Table 5.
