● OM3Z and OM3ZL circuit breakers provide reliable contact indication and isolation functions, satisfying the GB50054 requirements for isolation devices.

​Motor Circuit Protection​

● CM3Z and CM3ZL circuit breakers provide overcurrent protection for motor starters, cables, and motors. Their protection characteristics comply with GB/T 14048.4, and their application meets GB50055.

​Residual Current Protection​

● CM3ZL circuit breakers provide protection against dangerous contact voltages caused by insulation faults, and also protect against hazards like fires arising from insulation damage, such as cable insulation failure.
● CM3ZL circuit breakers with a rated residual operating current of 30mA can provide additional protection against direct contact.
● CM3ZL circuit breakers provide Type A residual current protection for AC superimposed pulsating DC conditions, meeting the selection requirements for residual current protective devices in GB50054 and GB13955.

​Product Series Overview​

● OM3Z Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs, hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are intelligent products launched by our company as part of the OM3 series. The circuit breakers come in five frame sizes: 100A, 250A, 400A, 630A, and 800A, with current ratings from 12.5A to 800A. CM3ZL integrates residual current protection functionality based on the CM3Z circuit breaker, available in four frame sizes: 100A, 250A, 400A, and 800A, with current ratings from 40A to 800A and residual currents from 30mA to 1000mA.
● Based on the level of rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu), the circuit breakers are classified into two levels: Type I (Higher Breaking Capacity) and Type H (High Breaking Capacity).
● The circuit breakers can be installed horizontally (sideways), vertically (upright), or flat.
● All circuit breakers have an isolation function, indicated by the symbol: ●
● CM3ZL circuit breakers can feature earth leakage alarm without tripping to avoid significant losses caused by power outages, meeting the requirements of Clause 4.6 in GB13955-2005.
● The circuit breakers comply with the following standards:
● IEC 60947-1 & GB/T 14048.1-2012 Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear - General rules

● Altitude at installation site not exceeding 2000m;
● Relative humidity at installation site not exceeding 50% at maximum temperature of +40°C; higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures, e.g., up to 90% at 20°C. Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature changes;

● The circuit breakers meet the requirements of GB/T 2423.10, capable of withstanding mechanical vibration with a frequency of 2Hz to 13.2Hz and displacement of ±1mm, and a frequency of 13.2Hz to 100Hz with acceleration of ±0.7g;
● Installation category for the main circuit: III; for other auxiliary and control circuits: II;
● Suitable for electromagnetic environments;
● Tropical humid type (TH type) circuit breakers meet the requirements of GB/T 2423.4, capable of withstanding the effects of humid air, salt mist, oil mist, and mold;
● Should be installed in locations without explosion hazard, conductive dust, or substances sufficient to corrode metals and destroy insulation;
● Should be installed in locations protected from rain and snow.
● ​​Extended Operating Conditions:​
● The circuit breakers meet the requirements of GB/T 2423.1 and GB/T 2423.2, ambient air temperature can be as low as -25°C and as high as +70°C (derating applies above +40°C, refer to technical data in this catalog).
● The circuit breakers meet the requirements of GB/T 2423.4 Test Db (temperature +55°C, relative humidity 95%).
● Characteristics unaffected up to an altitude of 2500m (derating applies above 2500m, refer to technical data in this catalog).
