Series Overview

Scope of Application

● HDMI series Moulded Case Circuit Breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are new circuit breakers developed by our company by comprehensively adopting advanced international technology. Their rated insulation voltage is 800V (HYM1-63 is 500V). They are suitable for use in distribution networks with AC 50Hz, rated operational voltage up to 690V (HYM1-63 is 400V) and below, and rated operational current up to 1250A. They are used for distributing electrical energy and providing overload, short-circuit and under-voltage protection for lines and power supply equipment. They can also be used for infrequent switching of lines and for infrequent starting and providing overload, short-circuit and under-voltage protection for motors (utilization category AC-3).

● Circuit breakers are classified into three types according to their rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu): L type (Standard), M type (Higher breaking capacity), and H type (High breaking capacity). The product features compact size and high breaking capacity.

● This product complies with the GB14048.2 standard.

Normal Service Conditions

● Altitude: 2000m and below.

● Ambient air temperature: Upper limit not exceeding +40°C, lower limit not lower than -5°C, average value over any 24-hour period not exceeding +35°C.

● Atmospheric conditions: Relative humidity not exceeding 50% at an ambient air temperature of +40°C; higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures. The monthly average of the maximum relative humidity for the wettest month is 90%, with the monthly average temperature for that month being +25°C, taking into account condensation that may occur on the product surface due to temperature changes.

● Pollution degree: Level 3.

● Installation category: Category III. Circuit breakers with Inm=1250A are Category IV.
