Series Overview
Outline of I Series
- DZ15 series Molded Case Circuit Breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are suitable for circuits with AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 220V or 380V, and rated current up to 100A. They are used for overload and short-circuit protection in distribution systems and for motors, and can also be used for infrequent circuit switching and infrequent motor starting. The derived transparent case type circuit breaker in this series features a cover made of new, high-temperature resistant, high-strength polycarbonate material, allowing visual confirmation of contact status. It is widely used in temporary power supply locations such as construction sites.

Normal Service and Mounting Conditions
- The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000m.
- Ambient Air Temperature:
- Upper limit of ambient air temperature does not exceed +40°C, lower limit is not lower than -5°C.
- The average value of ambient air temperature over any 24-hour period does not exceed +35°C.
- Atmospheric Conditions:
- Relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50% at the maximum surrounding temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures.
- The monthly average of the daily maximum relative humidity for the wettest month is 90%. The monthly average of the daily minimum temperature for that same month is +25°C, with consideration given to condensation occurring on the product surface due to temperature changes.
- Installation Category: III.
- Mounting Conditions:
- Install in locations free from impact, vibration, rain, and snow ingress.
- The upper terminal shall be connected to the power supply side. The lower terminal shall be connected to the load side.
- The inclination relative to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5°.
- Pollution Degree: Level 3.
