● Series Overview
● The TGM1NE series Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs) (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breakers) are one of the new types developed by our company utilizing advanced international technology. They feature comprehensive protection, excellent performance, and compact size. Classified into M-type (Higher Breaking Capacity) and H-type (High Breaking Capacity) based on their rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu), they are ideal products for distribution and motor protection. With a rated insulation voltage of 1000V, they are suitable for circuits with AC 50/60Hz, rated operational voltage up to 690V, and current settings ranging from 12.5A to 1600A, used for infrequent switching of lines and infrequent starting of motors. The circuit breakers can be optionally upgraded with a communication module, easily transforming the standard breaker into a communication-capable type. They provide functions including overload long-time delay, short-circuit short-time delay, short-circuit instantaneous, earth leakage protection, and neutral pole protection. Optional accessories include undervoltage release, shunt trip, auxiliary contacts, alarm contacts, and communication modules. This series of circuit breakers can be installed vertically (upright) or horizontally (sideways).

● The circuit breakers comply with the following standards:

● Normal Service and Mounting Conditions
● The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, with a lower limit of -5°C; the average value over any 24-hour period shall not exceed +35°C. For operating conditions where the ambient air temperature exceeds +40°C or is below -5°C, the user should consult the manufacturer.
● The altitude at the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
● The relative humidity of the atmosphere shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C; higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures. The monthly average of the relative humidity of the wettest month shall not exceed 90%, and the monthly average temperature of that month shall not exceed +25°C; necessary measures shall be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature changes.
● Install in locations free from impact, vibration, rain, and snow ingress.
● Install in non-explosive atmospheres free from gases or conductive dust sufficient to corrode metal or damage insulation.
● Terminals 1, 3, 5, LINE are for the power supply side; Terminals 2, 4, 6, LOAD are for the load side. The circuit breaker can be installed vertically (upright) or horizontally (sideways). Reverse wiring is prohibited.
● Pollution degree is 3.
● The installation category for the main circuit is III. The installation category for auxiliary and control circuits not connected to the main circuit is II.
● The external magnetic field near the circuit breaker installation site shall not exceed 5 times the Earth's magnetic field in any direction.
● During transportation, handle the product gently, do not place it upside down, and avoid severe collisions.
