Application Scope
- Thermal overload relays and electronic overload relays are mainly used to connect with AX series contactors to protect motors with a rated operating voltage up to 690V AC or 800V DC.

TA25, TA200 Thermal Overload Relays
- Directly connected to the main circuit of the motor, allowing the rated current of the motor to pass through.
E16DU, E1250DU Electronic Overload Relays
- Adopt advanced electronic technology, with adjustable tripping levels and higher protection precision.
Product Features
- Thermal overload relays have rated current setting levels, complying with international and domestic standards. The rated current is the rated current of the motor, not the tripping current (no tripping at 1.05 × rated current, tripping at 1.2 × rated current).
- The tripping current levels of electronic overload relays can be selected as 10, 20, 30, with a protection precision higher than that of ordinary thermal overload relays (± 10%) and a wider rated current range.
- When the free tripping mechanism fails, even if the reset button is pressed, its tripping state cannot be changed.
- Ambient temperature compensation.
- Phase - failure protection, complying with IEC 60947 - 4 - 1 standard:
- It can shorten the action time of the relay during phase - failure faults, thus improving the motor protection function within the rated range.
- Tripping category: 10A: TA...DU
- Reset test function.
Auxiliary Contacts
- Have 2 auxiliary contacts.
- One normally closed contact, marked 95 - 96.
- One normally open contact, marked 97 - 98.
- The two contacts are electrically isolated, making them suitable for use in 2 different circuits (control circuit and signal indication circuit).
