Series Overview
TGZGQ1N Product Overview
- The TGZGQ1N self - restoring over - and under - voltage protector (hereinafter referred to as the protector) is suitable for load circuits with an alternating current voltage of single - phase 230V / three - phase 400V, a frequency of 50Hz, and a rated working current of 100A and below.
- When the voltage is abnormal due to single - phase (three - phase) over - and under - voltage caused by the fault of the neutral wire in the circuit, serious unbalance of three - phase load, excessive line resistance, phase failure or high - order harmonics, etc., it can automatically disconnect the power supply of the load side, thus preventing the electrical equipment from being damaged and realizing the protection of the electrical equipment. Moreover, the protector can automatically detect the line voltage, and can automatically close when the line voltage returns to normal, thus restoring the power supply to the electrical equipment. The product should be used in series with a circuit breaker, and is mainly used in the incoming line distribution box of civil and commercial buildings or other power distribution circuits that need protection.
Installation and Wiring
- Before installation, check whether the product identification is consistent with the installation and use environment.
- Wire according to the indications of the product's incoming terminal and outgoing terminal.
- The N wire of the protector is the neutral wire, and it must not be connected incorrectly. And it needs to be connected reliably, otherwise the protector cannot work normally.
- When the protector is powered on for the first time, it needs to delay for 1 - 5 seconds before supplying normal power to the load. At this time, the indicator light of the protector changes from red to green.
Other Precautions
- When the single - phase (three - phase) line has over - and under - voltage, the line is cut off. When the voltage of the single - phase (three - phase) line returns to normal, it will automatically reset and connect the circuit after a delay, without manual operation.
- When the line has transient or steady - state over - voltage, the protector will not malfunction.
- When the line fault voltage reaches a maximum of AC440V, the protector itself will not be damaged.
- During transportation and storage, the protector (including packaged products) must not be exposed to rain and snow. It should be stored in a warehouse with air circulation, a relative humidity not greater than 90%, a temperature not higher than + 60°C, and not lower than - 25°C. The product should be installed in a place without rain and snow intrusion, with air circulation, and a monthly average relative humidity not greater than 90% (at + 20°C), and an air temperature not higher than + 40°C and not lower than - 5°C.
- This protector is limited to be used in an environment with pollution level 2; the protection level of the product shell is IP20, and it is strictly prohibited to be used in occasions that do not meet the above requirements.
