Introduction
The ATS01 soft starter can work as a torque limiter during starting and can also be used as a soft start/soft stop unit for asynchronous motors.
Using the ATS01 soft starter can make the asynchronous motor start step - by - step, smoothly and under control, thus improving its starting performance. It helps prevent mechanical shocks, which may lead to wear and tear, and then cause maintenance work and production shutdowns. ATSU01 can limit the starting torque and starting current peak on machines that do not require high starting torque. It is designed for the following simple applications:
- Conveyors
- Conveyor belts
- Pumps
- Fans
- Compressors
- Automatic doors and valves
- Small cranes
- Belt - driven equipment, etc.
The ATS01 has a compact structure, is easy to install, and can be installed side by side. It complies with IEC/EN60947 - 4 - 2 standards and has obtained UL, CSA, C - Tick, and CCC certifications and marks.
The product of the ATS01 soft start/soft stop unit includes 3 series:
- ATS01N1ppp soft starter
- Controls one phase of the motor (single - phase or three - phase) power supply to limit the starting torque
- Built - in bypass relay
- The rated power range of the motor is 0.37 kW to 11 kW
- The motor power supply voltage range is 110 V to 480 V, 50/60 Hz. An external power source is required to control the soft starter to cut off the motor power supply, and a contactor is needed.
- ATS01N2ppp soft start/soft stop unit
- Controls two phases of the motor power supply to limit the starting current and decelerate
- Built - in bypass relay
- The rated power range of the motor is 0.75 kW to 15 kW
- The motor power supply voltage range: 230 V, 400 V, and 480 V, 50/60 Hz. On equipment that does not require electrical isolation, there is no need to use a line contactor.
- ATSU01N2ppp soft start/soft stop unit.
