Series Overview
The VSC medium - voltage vacuum contactor is an electrical device suitable for AC power distribution systems. It is especially an ideal electrical appliance for frequent operation occasions. Its configured bistable "MAC" type permanent magnet operating mechanism is powered by a wide - voltage power module. Different power modules can be selected according to the requirements of functional modules and auxiliary power supply voltages. It includes two operation modes:
- SCO (Single Command Operation): The auxiliary power supply closes when powering the contactor; the contactor opens when it receives an opening command when the auxiliary power supply is cut off or the auxiliary power supply voltage is insufficient.
- DCO (Dual Command Operation): The contactor closes when it receives a closing command sent in a pulse mode; similarly, the contactor opens when it receives an opening command sent in a pulse mode.

- The original imported vacuum arc - extinguishing chamber is especially suitable for frequent operation loads such as closing motors, with a current - chopping value as low as 0.5A.

- With a suitable fuse, it can be used in a network with a short - circuit capacity of up to 1000MVA.
