Series Overview

Series Overview

  • RIFLINE complete is an economical relay system with various functional modules. This system consists of a DIN rail base, an electromagnetic or solid - state relay, a plug - in interference suppression module, identification materials, and bridging materials. The accessories of this series also include a time module, which can convert the basic relay into a time relay with three different functions.
  • RIFLINE complete includes four different models from RIF - 0 to RIF - 4, with contact quantities from 1 N/O to 4 PDT. These models are suitable for various occasions from coupling relays with a switching current of 1 mA to miniature current contactors of 16 A.
  • The output side of the relay mostly adopts direct - plug connection or screw connection technology. The direct - plug connection technology can realize tool - free quick connection of wires. The bases of the RIF - 1 to RIF - 4 series provide more than double the creepage distance on the input side.
  • On the input side of all bases, bridgeable potential (A2) - regardless of the base size. On the output side, combined contacts can be bridged within the RIF - 0 base range (11). Bridging can also be carried out within the small range of the RIF - 1 base.
  • To provide different markings, flat marking strips can be installed on the connectors. In addition, the marking strip supports can be installed on the base, thus avoiding additional marking surfaces.
  • RIFLINE complete can be flexibly expanded through various CLIPLINE complete functional modules, such as identification materials, bridging pieces, and test adapters, with a wider range of applications.
  • For the convenience of wiring and management, the RIFLINE complete modules are supplied as a complete set of modules with relay circuits and interference suppression modules in the most common voltage ranges. It can also provide independent relay components according to application requirements to provide other voltages for the module system.
RIF - 0:
The ultra - thin 6.2 mm RIF - 0 series is suitable for 1 PDT relay and can switch currents up to 6 A. There are two base types available: 1 normally open contact and 1 changeover contact. RIF - 0 is suitable for various coupling occasions.
RIF - 1:
The ultra - thin 16 mm RIF - 1 series is suitable for 2 PDT relays. Using FBS 2 - 8 plug - in bridge connectors, it can switch currents up to 13 A. This relay is particularly suitable for occasions requiring power control and extended control range.
RIF - 2:
The 31 mm wide RIF - 2 series is specially used for octal relays with 4 contacts. The base of this series can pass currents up to 12 A. This relay is particularly suitable for occasions requiring power control and extended control range.
RIF - 3:
The 40 mm wide RIF - 3 series is specially used for octal modules with 3 contacts. It can switch currents up to 10 A. There are two base types available: 2 changeover contacts and 3 changeover contacts. The RIF - 3 base is particularly suitable for occasions requiring power control and extended control range.
RIF - 4:
The 43 mm wide RIF - 4 series is specially used for power relays with 3 contacts. It can switch currents up to 16 A. The RIF - 4 base is particularly suitable for occasions requiring power control and extended control range, such as miniature current contactors.
Accessories
Provide various accessories suitable for the RIFLINE complete relay system. This includes bridging pieces, identification materials, special function modules, test interfaces, and terminal fasteners.
