Series Overview
Unmanaged Switches
Phoenix Contact's unmanaged switches are powerful, come in various models, and have customizable ports. In addition to DIN rail-mounted switches, we also offer 19" switches and IP67 switches for on-site installation. Fast and gigabit Ethernet switches have extremely strong anti-interference capabilities, with robust metal enclosures and wide-temperature designs, especially suitable for continuous operation in industrial environments. Ethernet-powered switches can simplify the installation of terminal devices. Choose the appropriate unmanaged switch for the application scenario.
Smart Switches
Our smart switches combine the convenience of unmanaged switches with the intelligence of managed switches. In unmanaged mode, Ethernet switches are as convenient to use as unmanaged switches, meaning no need to use IP addresses and no need for configuration. Smart switches provide functions such as redundancy and filtering to ensure network stability. In managed mode, smart switches can easily complete switch configuration, simplify network commissioning, and provide multiple network diagnostic functions.
Managed Switches
Phoenix Contact's managed switches can provide optimal real-time performance, optimized data communication, as well as network diagnosis and redundancy mechanisms. Robust and durable DIN rail-mounted switches meet specific industrial environment requirements and support automation protocols such as PROFINET and EtherNet/IP™. Gigabit Ethernet switches not only support large data volumes but also provide models with Ethernet power supply. We offer switches with 5 to 24 ports, with copper or fiber optic interfaces (SC, ST/BFOC, SFP), and through multiple certifications.
Layer 3 Switches
Phoenix Contact's Layer 3 industrial switches can easily divide the network into multiple subnets. Using switches, devices, systems, and subnets can be easily integrated into the upper-level network, improving network stability and security. Using switches with NAT function, systems in the same IP segment can be integrated into the upper-level network.
