Scope of Application

ACL and OCL input and output reactors act on being connected in series with the input and output sides of the frequency converter, serving as the 进线 reactor and 出线 reactor of the frequency converter. When the frequency converter is working, it will generate large harmonics. If the 进线 reactor is not installed, the service life of the frequency converter and other equipment will be greatly shortened. When harmonic interference is serious, it will cause some equipment to fail to operate normally. Installing the 进线 reactor will greatly reduce the content of various harmonics, improve the power factor of the power grid, ensure the safe operation of the frequency converter and other loads, and ensure that other equipment is not affected by harmonic interference; installing the 出线 reactor can soften the slope of the output voltage (switching frequency) of the frequency converter, reduce the fluctuation and impact on the power devices in the frequency converter. Moreover, the ACL and OCL input and output reactors can suppress the loop inrush current when the load is switched on, protecting the frequency converter devices and other components in the loop from over - current impact.

The reactor adopts a three - phase three - limb core structure.
The air gap of the iron core is made of epoxy pressure - baking board sheets as insulation to ensure that the air gap of the reactor does not change during operation.
