Scope of Application
- ACL and OCL input and output reactors are used in series with the input and output terminals of frequency converters, serving as the input reactor and output reactor of the frequency converter. When the frequency converter is working, it will generate large harmonics. If the input reactor is not installed, the service life of the frequency converter and other equipment will be greatly shortened. When harmonic interference is severe, some equipment will fail to operate normally. Installing the input reactor will greatly reduce the content of various harmonics, improve the power factor of the power grid, ensure the safe operation of the frequency converter and other loads, and ensure that other equipment is not affected by harmonic interference; installing the output reactor can soften the slope of the output voltage (switching frequency) of the frequency converter, reducing the interference and impact on the power elements in the inverter. Moreover, ACL and OCL input and output reactors can effectively suppress loop inrush current when the load is switched on, protecting the frequency converter devices and other components in the loop from overcurrent impact.

- The reactor adopts a three - phase three - limb core structure.
- The air gap of the iron core uses epoxy laminated glass sheets as spacers to ensure that the air gap of the reactor does not change during operation.
- The coil is tightly wound with enameled flat wire to ensure that the reactor coil does not vibrate during operation.
