Product Overview
The CU3 series surge protectors are over - voltage protectors for industrial and civil ordinary buildings launched by Changshuo Switch to meet user requirements. There are three series:
- The CU311 type has various combinations of 1P/2P/3P/4P. It is a Class I SPD and can be installed at the interface between LPZ0 and LPZ1. The nominal discharge current In (8/20μs)/impact current Iimp(10/350μs) are 50kA/15kA and 50kA/50kA respectively.
- The CU31 type is a combined product, a Class II SPD. It can be installed at the interface between LPZ0 and LPZ1 or between LPZ1 and LPZ2. The nominal discharge current In (8/20μs)/maximum discharge current Imax (8/20μs) are 80kA/120kA and 100kA/150kA respectively.
- The CU32 type has various combinations of 1P/1PN/2P/3P/3PN/4P. It is a Class II SPD and can be installed at the interface between LPZ1 and LPZ2. The nominal discharge current In (8/20μs)/maximum discharge current Imax (8/20μs) are 40kA/60kA and 60kA/100kA respectively.
- The CU33 type has various combinations of 1P/1PN/2P/3P/3PN/4P. It is a Class II SPD and can be installed at the boundary between LPZ1 and LPZ2 or the subsequent surge protection zone interface. The nominal discharge current In (8/20μs)/maximum discharge current Imax (8/20μs) are 10kA/20kA and 20kA/40kA respectively.
The CU3 series products comply with GB/T18802.1 Surge Protectors (SPD) - Part 1: Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Surge Protectors in Low - voltage Distribution Systems.

- Normal ambient air temperature: - 5°C ~ + 40°C, extreme range: - 40°C ~ + 70°C
- Air relative humidity: 30% ~ 90% at indoor temperature
- The installation site altitude does not exceed 2000m
- The inclination angle with the vertical plane does not exceed 5°
- A place with no significant shaking and impact vibration
- In a medium without explosion danger, and the medium does not contain gases and dust (including electric dust) sufficient to corrode metals and damage insulation.
