- RVT can be used to control split - phase compensation and three - phase common compensation. It can also independently measure parameters of each phase and perform energy calculation.

More Communication Functions
- RVT is equipped with multiple communication interfaces: including Ethernet 10/100BA
- SE - T and USB 2.0, RVT also supports RS485 connection. All parameter settings and measurement values can be accessed remotely.
- Ethernet connection: You can use the standard 10/100 BASE - T interface to very conveniently use ABB PQlink software anywhere in the world with network connection.
- Connect RVT via RJ45 network cable to communicate with the controller.
- USB connection: RVT supports USB 2.0 connection. Use a USB connection cable to connect RVT and a computer to access all RVT parameters.
Control Medium - voltage and High - voltage Capacitor Banks
- Connect a voltage transformer to the RVT voltage measurement input terminal. Set an appropriate (V scaling) value according to the transformer transformation ratio. RVT can control medium - voltage capacitor banks just like controlling low - voltage ones.
Simple Commissioning
- All parameters of RVT can be automatically set, ensuring that the commissioning process of capacitor banks is more convenient.
- The flexible menu and sub - menu organization method ensures convenient browsing.
Full Automatic Setting
- C/K value, activated output circuit, switching sequence and phase shift can all be automatically set.
Programmable Protection Thresholds
- Programmable protection thresholds protect capacitor banks from the effects of over - voltage, over - current, over - temperature and excessive harmonic distortion.
Suitable for High Ambient Temperature
- RVT is suitable for high ambient temperatures. Through an external temperature probe, it can monitor ambient temperatures as high as 70°C.
Wide Voltage and Frequency Adaptation Range
- The voltage and frequency range that RVT can connect to is 100 - 460V, 50/60Hz. RVT can directly measure voltages as high as 690V without an external voltage transformer.
Can Be Equipped with 5A or 1A Current Transformers
- RVT can be connected to 5A or 1A current transformers.
Up to 8 Temperature Alarm Outputs
- Through 8 temperature probes connected in a "daisy - chain" manner, RVT can monitor 8 hot spots of the capacitor bank.
Real - time Clock
- RVT real - time clock tracks and records the time and data of each alarm and event.
