Product Overview

DBF12 series electronic shut-of valve is mainly developed for commercial air conditioning and heat pump units,

especially for the heat recovery VRV system, for control the on/of of the internal machine. Slowly open the valve through the stepper motor, thereby reducing the noise when the valve is opened. It can be used instead of solenoid valve.

• BALANCED PORT DESIGN; THE REVERSING OPENING VALVE PRESSURE DIFFERENCE IS UP TO 3.5MPA, EFFEC-TIVELY PREVENTING THE VALVE FROM OPENING IN THE REVERSE DIRECTION

• PROGRESSIVE OPENING TO REDUCE NOISE

• BIDIRECTIONAL FLOW, SUITABLE FOR REVERSIBLE SYSTEMS SUCH AS HEAT PUMP

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Applicable for all common HCFC and HFC refrigerants, such as: R410A, R32, R134a, R404A, R407C, R507, etc.

• Medium temperature: -25°C~+110°C (duty cycle rate below 50%)

• Ambient temperature: -30°C~+70°C (duty cycle rate below 50%)

• Relative humidity: below 95% RH

• Fully open pulse: 500 steps

• Installation position:

- Preferably vertical axial angle within ±15°, coil upright

- Preferably horizontal pipe as inlet and vertical pipe as outlet
