Product Overview

Liquid injector(temperature response expansion valve) is mainly used in medium and low temperature refrigeration system. When the compressor exhaust temperature is higher than the valve set temperature, the temperature bulb senses the exhaust temperature and then the valve opens. The liquid refrigerant at the condenser outlet is injected into the compressor suction line or middle chamber after throttling and cooling, thus reducing the exhaust temperature and preventing the compressor lubricating oil from carbonization. To avoid deterioration caused by mechanical wear which will shorten the service life of the compressor.
