■ Introduction

The PTV series bypass valve is an energy regulating valve. In order to save energy, it is desirable that the compressor can work as usual when the suction pressure is lower than the set value.his problem can be solved by using a bypass valve. It can bypass the high temperature and high pressure hot gas discharged from the exhaust end of the compressor through the pipeline to a part of the compressor low pressure chamber.

In order to increase the suction pressure of the compressor, the compressor does not stop when the suction pressure falls below the set value, and the compressor is kept continuously.

● Maximum working pressure: 2.5MPa 410A 4.2MPa

● High control accuracy

● Directly connected to the system suction pipe to adjust the amount of hot gas injection, the injection volume is independent of the pressure drop of the evaporator

● Prevent evaporation temperature from being too low and avoid evaporator icing

● Balanced orifce design prevents fuctuations through valve pressure drop and provides good control
